In the current landscape of applied behavior analysis, the absence of regulatory frameworks governing the practice of Jordanian behavior analysts poses significant challenges. Without defined guidelines or professional requirements, the field lacks a standardized approach to ensuring quality and adherence to best practices. In response to this gap, our collaboration with ABA Resources Academy has been instrumental in addressing these critical needs.

Through targeted training initiatives, we have successfully equipped over 100 families and 150 special education teachers with foundational knowledge in applied behavior analysis, facilitating their pursuit of RBT/ ABAT certifications. This concerted effort aims not only to cultivate a deeper understanding of the intrinsic value of applied behavior analysis but also to catalyze a surge in demand for these specialized services. By advocating for greater recognition and support, we are advocating for the establishment of comprehensive policies and regulations that will safeguard the integrity and efficacy of applied behavior analysis practices.

Moreover, our commitment to professional development extends to transforming a cohort of 15 specialists into qualified QBAs, BCBAs, and QASP-S. While this initiative represents a significant leap forward, the urgency for more qualified professionals and heightened awareness of the transformative impact of applied behavior analysis remains paramount. Looking ahead, our strategic collaboration with ABA Resources Academy will culminate in the launch of the inaugural Jordanian journal dedicated to applied behavior analysis in Arabic. Additionally, we are preparing to release a comprehensive textbook in Arabic that delves into the intricacies of applied behavior analysis and its multifaceted applications.
