Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Network: Reflecting on 2024 Accomplishments
As the year wraps up, I’m pleased to share some highlights:
Membership: While total membership is down slightly from last quarter, we’re holding strong at over 400 members with a 60% renewal rate. Looking ahead to 2025, we’re exploring new benefits to make membership even more valuable.
ABAI Conference: We held a highly successful business meeting and conference at the ABAI 2024 Annual Conference in Philadelphia. The turnout and enthusiasm were fantastic—thank you to everyone who participated!
Expanding Our Global Reach: We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Iceland ABA, and we’ll be co-hosting an incredible international conference in October 2025. Get ready for an experience that expands our reach across the globe!
Looking Ahead
Our board is actively working on achieving our 2025 strategic plan. Our focus remains on increasing membership, enhancing member benefits, expanding networking opportunities, and supporting OBM research, education, and practice.
If you’re looking to get involved, we’d love to hear from you! We have plenty of opportunities to make a difference within our community—just reach out at [director@obmnetwork.com]
